What's included in The Sustainable Run Method Training Plans

Your 16-week goal-based training plan will include targeted run sessions, run-specific strength workouts, cross-training sessions and recovery sessions. So you can start improving your running and working towards your goals feeling energised, fit and strong.

How are Eco Athlete For Life’s training plans delivered?

Your training plan will be delivered using TrainingPeaksTM where you can easily access your plan on your phone and upload your completed workouts from either a GPS device or an app on your phone so your progress can be tracked over the 16 week training period.  If you have a Garmin device all of your history can be uploaded into TrainingPeaksTM to give an accurate picture of where your training is currently at.

Is a payment plan available?

Payment for the The Sustainable Run Method can be either be paid upfront or via 4 payments (1 payment every 4 weeks).  Email hello@ecoathleteforlife.com for more details.

Will a coach be available if I have any questions throughout the 16 week program?

Ongoing coaching support is offered via weekly coaching calls in our support community so you can be held accountable and receive ongoing coaches feedback and support.  Plus you can post all your questions in the community which are all responded to super quick 🙂 

Can I only sign up for a 16 week program?

If you would like to discuss the option of either a shorter (e.g. 12 week program) or longer (e.g. 6 to 12 month) training program email Kathryn at hello@ecoathleteforlife.com and we can chat about where you are at with your running and what length of program would work best for you to achieve your goals.

What if I want a refund?

I offer a money back guarantee if you decide you want one within 14 days of signing up.  I want you to trust that if this isn’t right for you, I’ll give you your money back without harassment of guilt. 

Also, if for whatever reason can’t continue with the program, we can also pause your program or work something out. Just let me know.
