As a Certified with Nutrition Council Australia sports nutrition coach Kathryn provides individual nutrition support in a variety of settings.

Working with runners, with a focus on plant-based nutrition, Kathryn has supported runners in preparing for events of distances ranging from 5 km all the way up to ultramarathon runners.

We will review your current every day and run nutrition, your goals and lifestyle. A tailored training week and race day nutrition plan to meet your specific requirements and practice in training will be developed.

Following your initial evaluation, we can schedule regular follow-up appointments to check-in with you and analyse the effectiveness of your plan, as well as make any necessary adjustments.
